Job Opportunity: Operations Team Member (Thai Staff Only)

Location: Cherngtalay, Phuket

We are looking for an outgoing and honest Operations Team Member to join our dynamic travel agency in Cherngtalay, Phuket. This position is open to Thai nationals only, and requires fluency in English, attention to detail, and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Checkfront system (free training provided)
Respond to emails with correct pick-up times for tourists
Create booking vouchers for suppliers
Check the daily manifest every evening and cross-check with suppliers
Requirements:

Thai nationality (work permits cannot be provided)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Based in Cherngtalay, Phuket, or willing to commute
Outgoing, communicative, and proactive
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
