I'm a professional and qualified Yoga Instructor, I have been teaching Yoga all over Thailand for the past 11 years.
I have extensive experience in the Wellness and Hospitality field.
I'm able to speak 5 fluent languages including Thai.
During this time I have been teaching Yoga & Pilates for prestigious high end International Hotels in Bangkok, Khao Lak, Phang Nga and in Krabi at a well-known Spa-Wellness centre with hot springs/massage/resort.
I'm qualified to teach a variety of Yoga styles using Sound Healing Tibetan bowls & Meditation for beginners and advanced practitioners.
I'm a dedicated and passionate Instructor, with my teaching skills and experience I primarily focus my attention on the correct alignment of the body and proper breathing of each practitioner.
