Trip Titan Tourism Co., Ltd is seeking experienced and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agents at the Patong Platinum Hotel. -The ideal candidates will have prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, be able to communicate effectively in English, work well under pressure, and collaborate efficiently with colleagues.
-The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused attitude.
-Provide professional and friendly customer service to hotel guests and clients.
-Assist with booking tours, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues on-site.
-Handle pressure effectively and adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and colleagues.
-Maintain accuracy and organization when managing bookings and transactions.
-Utilize basic computer skills to perform daily operational tasks.
