พนักงานประจำบูธขายอสังหา ฯ ในเซ็นทรัล ฟลอเรสต้า ทำหน้าที่ เชิญชวน ให้ข้อมูล อสังหาริมฯ น่าสนใจ เพื่อ ทำนัด ลูกค้าให้มาชมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ส่ง Leads ให้กับ ทาง Property agent ของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
1.ชอบงานนำเสนอข้อมูล อสังหาริมทรัพย์
(มีประสบการณ์ทางงานอสังหาริมฯ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ*)
2.รักการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเอง
3.พูดอ่านเขียน อังกฤษได้ดี
(พูดรัสเซียได้ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ *)
4.บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้ม มีใจบริการ เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี
5.มีความสุภาพ สัมมาคารวะ
6.สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าที่กำหนด
7.อายุ 24-36 ปี
เงินเดือน
เริ่มต้น 15,000 -25,000 บาท หรือตามประสบการณ์ + ค่าคอมมิชชั่นสูง**

Details:
Marketing and sales staff for real estate at Central Floresta
Responsibilities include inviting and providing interesting real estate information to schedule customer visits to view properties, and forwarding leads to the company's property agents.
Qualifications:
1. Enjoy presenting real estate information (experience in real estate is a plus).
2. Love learning and self-improvement.
3. Proficient in English (Russian proficiency is a plus).
4. Good personality, smiling, service-oriented, and good interpersonal skills.
5. Polite and courteous.
6. Able to work under targets.
7. Age: 24-36 years old.
Salary:
Starting from 15,000 - 25,000 baht or based on experience + high commission ** + bonuses for good performance.
