Qualifications:

- Female, Thai nationality, 25 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
- Applicants must have good skills in English & Chinese
- At least 1 years’ working experience in sales and marketing, property experience is preferred
- Service minded with good communication skills and able to work with highly demanding international client
- Computer literacy is a must (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office Access, Email, Internet)
- Fast-learning, enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated
- Own transportation is a must.


รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
- นำเสนอข้อมูลโครงการให้แก่ลูกค้า (Present project information to customers)
- ให้คำปรึกษาข้อมูลต่างๆตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ (Information advice as customers desire)
- ประสานงานขายโครงการและปิดการขาย ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด (Coordinate and close sales, determines goal by the company)
- พาลูกค้าเข้าชมโครงการบ้านตัวอย่าง (Show room visit)
- จัดทำรายงานผลการติดตามลูกค้ารายสัปดาห์ผลการขายสินค้า (Prepare customer feedback and sale achieve report - weekly)
- ร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาด ตามที่บริษัทได้วางแผนไว้คิดวิธีที่จะแสวงหาลูกค้าใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ (Support sale and marketing, setting plan to find new customers)
- บริการหลังงานขาย (Customer service)
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Coordinate with other related departments)
- งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Other tasks assigned)
