Position : Operations Manager

Job Detail

● Diploma/degree in hospitality management or university equivalent
● Minimum of 10 years of hospitality experience with five years’ experience at the Executive Committee level
● Experience in the sports and wellness segment is a plus
● Knowledge of different languages is a plus
● Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
● Highly responsible & reliable
● Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
● Exceptional interpersonal and guest relation skills
● Proven team-builder with outstanding coaching skills
● Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative and able to think outside the box
● Ability to motivate developing leaders to act as entrepreneurs while innovating guest-oriented solutions creatively and profitably
● A high level of passion for succeeding and a strong group of self-motivation
● Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
● Ability to be a clear thinker, analyse and resolve problems exercise good judgment
● Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations
● Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods
● A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
