เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี / AP
รายละเอียดงาน
1. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน
2. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ
3. จัดรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภงด.3 ภงด.53 ภพ.30 ได้
4. บันทึกบัญชีรายจ่ายในระบบ
5. จัดรายงานสรุป
6. จัดเก็บและจัดเรียงเอกสารให้ตรงตามหมวดหมู่ เข้าแฟ้มได้ถูกต้อง
7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ด่วน+++ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ ที่พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีมาไม่น้อยกว่า 1-2 ปี * จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี เช่น Excel, QuickBooks เป็นต้น
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน อดทน
• มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีทักษะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้พื้นฐาน
