Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspect of the resort operations
- Create and implement standard operating procedures
- Team Leadership, Lead, train, and develop the staff.
- Ensure teams are motivated, aligned with company goals, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Development and delivery of highly personalized guest experience inline to the ÀNI standards
- Oversee and lead team management, financial disciplines, resort-based sales and marketing
- Coordinate the HR, Legal and Accounting related matters
- Oversee the upkeep of the resort and annual maintenance of the resort and equipment
- Understand and ensure all local laws and rules are adhered to
- Coordinate the administration of ÀNI Thailand and Branch Office.
- Support ÀNI Art Academy Thailand operation and other donation activities
- Any other assignments assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Managements or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in operation, with 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading teams of 10+ people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to analyze guest data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
