Job Detail
Market Development & Revenue Growth

· Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow business from Phuket-based accounts across all segments.

· Identify new business opportunities, emerging segments, and untapped markets within Phuket.

· Achieve revenue and room night targets for assigned portfolio.

Account Management

· Manage and grow relationships with Phuket-based wholesale partners, travel agencies, corporate clients, and government accounts.

· Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to maintain strong engagement.

· Negotiate rates, contracts, and tactical promotions in line with hotel pricing strategy.

Sales Activities & Reporting

· Prepare monthly account performance reports and market insights.

· Track production trends, monitor competitor activity, and recommend actions to maintain competitive edge.

· Maintain accurate records and reporting and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaboration & Coordination

· Work closely with the Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.

· Support the hotel in hosting familiarization trips, trade events, and networking activities targeting Phuket partners.

Customer Service Excellence

· Provide timely support and solutions to partners to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.

· Handle key client concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction for account-related stays and events.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality or travel trade; Phuket market experience and network preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Knowledge of Phuket travel ecosystem and key players is a strong advantage.
