Director of Rooms (Chinese Speaker) – Thai Nationals
Location: Soneva Kiri Resort, Koh Kood, Thailand

Soneva Kiri Resort is seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Rooms to lead our rooms division and ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. As the Director of Rooms, you will oversee the operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments while driving excellence in service standards, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the rooms division, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
- Drive and monitor departmental performance to achieve hotel targets for guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, guest retention, and overall guest experience.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development within the Rooms Division team.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistent service and effective communication.
- Maintain a high standard of guest services, ensuring all areas meet or exceed Soneva's luxury standards.

Requirements:
- Thai National
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within the Rooms Division in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven leadership abilities and a passion for service excellence.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
