Zero Developments, an award-winning condominium developer, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Phuket.

Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell condominiums to both local and international buyers.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract signing.

- Use CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales progress.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Work with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales efforts

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Russian. Other languages are beneficial. Strong sales candidates with one language are also welcome.

- Proven experience in real estate sales

- Strong CRM skills and experience with digital sales tools

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Knowledge of the Phuket real estate market is a plus

Location: Cherngtalay, Thalang, Phuket

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: Base salary + high commission.
