1. Administrative Support:

• Organization and maintenance of documentation.

• Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

2. Office Coordination:

• Provision of necessary office supplies and household goods.

3. Staff Support:

• Assistance in organizing events and meetings.

• Coordination of cleaning staff.

4. Financial Tasks:

• Monitoring office expenses.

• Keeping records of petty cash and reporting on it.

• Assisting in office budget preparation.

5. Communications:

• Searching for new real estate properties.

• Internal and external correspondence with developers.

• Organizing meetings and negotiations.

• Maintaining relationships with partners.

6. Real Estate Work:

• Maintaining a database of real estate properties and clients.

• Posting advertisements on Facebook.

• Organizing and coordinating property viewings.

• Assisting in document preparation and processing.

• Coordinating work with partners: developers, notaries, lawyers, banks.
