Sales Admin (English Market)
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to focus on the English-speaking market for our Thailand Property Investment Condotel. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships and driving sales in the property investment sector, specifically targeting English-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients from the English-speaking market, promoting and selling property investment opportunities.
Manage a portfolio of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up with a minimum of 30 prospects per month.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Assist in agent recruitment and support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
Prepare and present sales materials, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Canvas.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies tailored to the English-speaking market.
Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers.
Benefits
High salary with 1-5% commission based on sales performance.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in property sales, preferably in Phuket.
