Basic Accountant / Office Manager

Job description:
- Maintain the company's internal accounting.
- Prepare internal accounting reports and budget tracking.
- Prepare office and sales support documentation.
- Paperwork, incl invoicing/billing, standard agreements.
- Coordinating with contractors, external companies, suppliers.
- Control and maintain inventory for office, with repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and execute administrative duties.

Terms of work:
- Official employment.
- 6 working days per week, 08:30 a.m. – 05:15 p.m.
- Nice, friendly environment.
- Social security.
- Official holidays.
- Annual bonus.

Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation (special consideration).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ready to learn new things.
- Attention to details.
- Confident user of MS Office, Internet and Google services.
- At least 1-year experience in a similar position.
- Driving license.
