• Thai National
• Female age above 25-40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree any fields.
• Good in English spoken, written and read.
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, e-mail).
• Excellence in Excel
• Service-mind and good interpersonal skill.
• Working well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:-
• Proceed invoicing and communicate with all clients.
• Support to the sales team.
• Assist the Branch Manager in implementing reports from accounting and sales.
• Helping collect data for new accounts and information pr documents for new established contract.
• Take care the stock under control with order processing.
• Follow up and coordinate for transferred logistic of material from BKK to HKT.
Working Condition:-
• Working date : Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half day)
• Working hour : 08.30 a.m. – 05.30 p.m.
• Office location : Phuket
• 2 days testing is required
