Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Tour Operator 1. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating tours and excursions, ensuring our clients have memorable and enjoyable experiences. Responsibilities:

Plan and organize tour itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals.
Assist with booking and confirming reservations for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the satisfaction of tour participants.
Conduct research to identify interesting and unique tour destinations and attractions.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
Handle logistical aspects of tours, such as transportation arrangements and scheduling.
Prepare and distribute tour materials, including itineraries and informational documents.
Address any issues or concerns that may arise during tours to ensure a positive experience for clients.
Qualifications:

Passion for travel and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Basic computer skills for organizing tour logistics and communicating with clients and vendors.
Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
