We are seeking a personable, passion for food and cooking, desire to learn, progress and develop to join our team as COMMIS.

Essential Responsibilities
- Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
- Preparing, salads, cold cuts boards, canapes, panini, cold preparations and others as directed by the Chef de Partie.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered timely and are of good quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Selecting food to avoid expired and spoiled ingredients and food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators and freezers.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per Chef de Partie's instructions.
- Assisting and preparing orders for take away, catering etc.


CLEANER
Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces and the overall Outlet premise.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings, windows, cabinets, products on display, lights.
• Clean the external area and garden.
• Collect and dispose of waste and garbage.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are handled and stored correctly.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
• Past experience in a similar role
• Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work in shifts
