We are a company with 7 branches in Koh Phangan, 3 hotels that are Summer Luxury Beach Resort & Spa Koh Phangan ,Milky Bay resort and Lime & Soda Beachfront Resort and 4 Restaurants our hotel welcomes anyone interested in attending an event including new students.
ตำแหน่ง : Reservation Office
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
At least 1-2 years of experience in reservation or hotel industry
Language Skills:
Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing)
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide efficient customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet customer needs
Computer Skills:
Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
Personal Attributes:
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Work Availability:
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
