Job Summary: The Sound Engineer is responsible for designing and executing the audio setup for the dining show. This role requires a skilled individual who can ensure high-quality sound reinforcement and support for performers, collaborating closely with the production team to achieve clear and balanced audio throughout rehearsals and performances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and set up the audio system, including microphones, speakers, mixing consoles, and amplifiers, according to the needs of the show.
• Conduct sound checks and rehearsals to ensure optimal sound quality and levels for all performers and elements of the show.
• Operate the sound console during live performances, adjusting levels and effects as required to maintain clarity and enhance the audience experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to audio equipment during rehearsals and performances.
• Collaborate with the Technical Director and Lighting Designer to synchronize sound cues and effects with lighting elements.
• Maintain and organize audio equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is properly maintained and stored.
