We are seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverages to lead our F&B operations at M Social Hotel Phuket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all dining outlets, bars, and banquet services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
Lead and mentor the F&B team to ensure excellent service and efficiency.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Drive innovation in menus, promotions, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality
A five-star or chain hotel background is preferred.
Proven experience in F&B leadership, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
Strong financial acumen and business strategy skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
