• Thai Nationality
• Excellent Proficiency in English
• Positive attitude and Service mind
• Build effective revenue management strategies and practices to drive incremental revenue for the property
• Work closely and directly with sales and e-commerce team for both FIT and Group business to drive optimal market mix and bottom-line profitability
• Drive weekly revenue meeting and share key performance report including accurate business forecast to sales & marketing team
• Manage property’s eco system and oversee reservation department and its team members
