ตำแหน่ง : Restaurant Captain
Restaurant Captain Fresca - Evening 2 Position
- Several years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and ensure staff performance.
- Exceptional ability to interact with customers, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to manage schedules, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability in managing shifts, being punctual, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly.
- Understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and industry best practices.
