• Proven experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the marine or luxury goods industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all after-sales services for Asia Marine Thailand including repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with local service technicians and factory/brand parts departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Develop and implement after-sales service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze after-sales service metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Train and support the after-sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and service standards.
