Job Title: Guest Experience Representative
Location: Mad Monkey Hostel, Phuket

Key Responsibilities:
Engagement & Community Building:
Meet, engage, and befriend all guests to foster a welcoming community culture.
Create a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for everyone.
Guest Assistance:
Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about hostel services and local attractions.
Conduct welcome sessions to orient guests with our offerings and activities.
Event Management:
Run tours and events, including special events, while upselling and suggestively selling experiences.
Be proactive and creative in designing and executing engaging events with a focus on customer experience.
Safety & Wellbeing:
Ensure a comfortable environment and demonstrate genuine care for guest safety and wellbeing.
Social Media Contribution:
Capture and share content (photos and videos) of events and activities to enhance our online presence.
Guest Experience Focus:
Interact with all guests, ensuring awareness of their experience and adjusting your engagement accordingly.
Go above and beyond to create an awesome atmosphere that guests will remember.
Professionalism:
Maintain punctuality, readiness to work, and a respectful demeanor that aligns with Mad Monkey values at all times.
Qualifications:
Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Creativity and enthusiasm for event planning.
Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Social media savvy, with an eye for capturing engaging content.
