Job Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide leadership to construction parties by leading, managing, training, and motivating all parties to ensure project will be quality build out within timeline, and happiness workplace.
• Develop comprehensive MEP design plans, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, considering project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems into overall building plans.
• Lead and manage MEP aspects of projects from conception to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensuring of delivering responsible project by targeted timeline.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with construction teams to address design-related challenges during the construction phase.
• Collaborate with estimators to develop accurate cost estimates for MEP components of projects.
• Manages, controls, and verifies all variation orders.
• Summarize, and analyst budgeting report
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements:
• Thai national only
• Bachelor's degree in MEP engineering, Mechanical or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is Preferred / Desired.
• Proven experience in MEP engineering at least 3-5 years with on-site construction.
• Proficient in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
