Trip Titan Tourism Co., Ltd is seeking experienced and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agents at the Patong Platinum Hotel. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, be able to communicate effectively in English, work well under pressure, and collaborate efficiently with colleagues. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and friendly customer service to hotel guests and clients.
Assist with booking tours, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues on-site.
Handle pressure effectively and adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and colleagues.
Maintain accuracy and organization when managing bookings and transactions.
Utilize basic computer skills to perform daily operational tasks.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is required.
Number of Openings: 2
Education Level: Graduate
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (2 shifts per day)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
Skills: Strong proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
