Job Description:
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, manage the construction team, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Supervise construction staff, and subcontractors, and coordinate with architects and engineers.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines and budgets.
- Communicate project updates and report to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any on-site issues and challenges promptly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
