Key Responsibilities

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using various platforms, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and manage hiring paperwork.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and networking events.


Qualifications

- Enjoys talking to people and has strong communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Friendly, positive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
