Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
1. Organize, store, and retrieve documents efficiently using document control systems.
2. Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control.
- Compliance & Quality Control:
1. Maintain records in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
2. Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Coordination & Communication:
1. Distribute documents to relevant departments, teams, and stakeholders.
2. Track document revisions and approvals, ensuring timely updates.
- Reporting & Record-Keeping:
1. Generate reports on document status, revisions, and approvals.
2. Maintain both electronic and hard copies of important records.
