Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in reading and writing English with basic Mandarin or Japanese language
• Good personality
• Strong communication skills especially speaking
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a deadline and target.
• Strong hospitality skills.

JOB SUMMARY
Participates in developing and implementing programs that will increase the tour production. Evaluates programs for generating tours and implements solutions to enhance programs and tour flow. Communicates marketing strategy to sales and marketing workforce. Builds and maintains relationships with sales management, and coordinates with them to address any problems. Manages the day-to-day activities, team’s working schedule, inventory and office supply.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
• Invite and schedule customer for Sales Presentation
• Manage and coach Marketing Team to reach their performance target
• Arrange working schedule for Marketing Executives
• Provide Guest Service on any inquiries during their stay.
• Maintain performance target
• Other duties and assigned tasks as required
