REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR SILKAIR (Monthly rate and per trip rate)

We are pleased to invite qualified operators to submit a quotation for transportation service for SilkAir (MI) staff between Phuket international Airport/other venues and the Office/Staff residences/other venues as designated by MI. The contract will commence from 1 June 2020 for a tenure of two (2) years and shall expire on 31 May 2022.
SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. Provide return transportation:
1.1 From Airport to the location(s) designated by MI by an air-conditioned minibus (04:45 / 11:00)
1.2 From Location(s) to Airport by an air-conditioned minibus (14:30 / 21:30).

2. The transportation as specified in (a) and (b) hereof shall constitute one, two or more round trips, depending on the flight days.

3. Rate should include driver, fuel, insurance and other related charges.
