The Kora Beach Resort Phuket seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Here's what you'll do:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Manage the Sales Budget & P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting and profitability.
Craft compelling business plans to guide future growth.
Supervise, mentor, and train the sales team to excel and maximize sales.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, building long-term partnerships.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
A degree in hospitality or a relevant field is required.
5+ years of progressive sales experience, leading to a Sales Director position within the hospitality industry.
A solid understanding of telemarketing and digital marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and time management skills to guide your team effectively.
The ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport.
Prior experience with hotel pre-openings is a plus.
A proven track record of success in achieving results.
A results-driven, energetic, and focused mindset.
A commitment to exceptional service and professional presentation skills.
The ability to improve profitability and contribute to the bottom line.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
