Role Overview:
As the Office Manager at Kinnara, you will be the backbone of our office operations. You will be responsible for opening the office, managing daily activities, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, managing agent inquiries, assisting with advertising initiatives, and all-around office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and Close the Office: Ensure the office is ready for the day’s activities, maintaining a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Manage Agent Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for agents, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Oversee daily administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and office supply orders.
- Support Advertising Tasks: Assist the marketing team with advertising tasks, including campaign coordination and material preparation.
- General Office Management: Ensure the office operates smoothly, addressing any issues that arise and coordinating with other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
