Job Responsibility
• New development and resale residential property sales.
• To greet, present, and negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare reports, reservation forms and other sales related documents.
• To coordinate and negotiate between potential buyers and the client or developer.
• To provide feedback on buyers’ comments and competitors’ promotions to the marketing team.
• Occasionally work outside office hours, in the evenings or on weekends if required.

Qualifications
• Candidates must be able to communicate in Thai and English effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Previous experience as a real estate broker or working for an agency or developer is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving high-end residential property sales.
• Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Working at Bang Tao area.
