Scope of work :
Secretarial tasks :
Manages emails and phone calls, provides information to prospects when possible, reports to manager with a clear sense of priorities.
Manages and organizes agency’s schedule.
Marketing tasks:
Follows-up marketing actions within the agency.
Manages social medias and on-line promotion.
Files notes, emails, presentations, and reports efficiently.
Ensures good relationship and follow-up with prospects and clients.

Personal skills :
Keeps 100% confidentiality.
High communication skills with excellent presentation.
Has clear sense of priorities to ensure clients with an all-time satisfaction.
Be an achiever and seeks improvement in all matters.

Remuneration : base salary, plus year-end bonus and commissions based on sales.
