Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in the rental and purchasing process by providing expert guidance and support.
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and renters.
Utilize the Fazwaz platform to market properties effectively.
Stay updated on market trends and property listings in Phuket.
Negotiate deals and manage transactions from start to finish.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate is preferred, but not mandatory.
