Creative Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with a strong eye for aesthetics, a knack for storytelling through design, and the ability to bring concepts to life across multiple mediums. As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visual content that aligns with our brand identity, captivates audiences, and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create compelling designs for various platforms, including digital (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print (brochures, flyers, packaging).
Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging guidelines.
Develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with business goals and project timelines.
Design and edit graphics, animations, and videos for digital campaigns and presentations.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.



Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar design role.
Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
Strong ability to conceptualize and execute unique and engaging designs.
Meticulous and thorough in reviewing work for quality and alignment with brand standards.
Ability to pivot between projects and adapt designs to suit different platforms and target audiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects.

Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or UX/UI design.
Familiarity with web design principles, including HTML and CSS basics.
Knowledge of photography or videography.
