Qualifications for ADMIN OFFICER

- Female.
- Thai Nationality.
- Vocational Certificate (Voc. Cert.) in any field (new graduates are welcome).
- Experience in Admin work is preferable.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Skillful in using MS office applications e.g. MS Word, Excel etc.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and able to work well under pressure.
-Highly self-motivated, good working attitude, open-minded and willing to learn new skills.

Job descriptions and responsibilities:

1. Support administration works such as answering the phone calls, recording personal information of potential clients, arranging meeting rooms, ordering stationery, doing accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, receipts and withholding taxes and coordinating with the accounting.
2. Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files, scanning and adding information into file database and case management software.
3. To assist admins and lawyers in real estate transactions such as preparing Power of Attorney and related documents.
4. To assist in all corporate matters and liaise with the Land Department, DBD, RD, Banks, and other government agencies.
5. To assist in various tasks as per instruction and all other duties assigned by the owners.
6. Translate general documents and email correspondences.

- 5 Days work per week Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00 (Saturday and Sunday off & public holiday)
- Leave Day follow Labor Law
