A well-established residential property development is seeking an experienced Thai national Office Manager/Administrator and an Accountant with good knowlege of written and spoken English.

Major responsibilities depend on the job position and a candidate skills:
performing the day-to-day office operations, keeping company documents in order, communicating with villa owners, suppliers and contractors, issuing invoices and making bank payments, keeping transactions records and reporting them to the company director, sending financial info and documents to the accountants, arranging for office supplies etc.

Previous experience in basic financial operations and accounting, proficiency in using related computer software are required.
