Position : Hotel Manager

Job Description
[ ] Set strategic direction of the resort along with top level executives in the company
[ ] Implement, monitorand report on the business strategy formulated by the executive committee making sure that resort operations is aligned with higher level strategy
[ ] Propose improvements and innovation for the overall operation of the property (physical and services)
[ ] Responsible for all property operation to ensure optimal delivery of a memorable experience to our guests in every aspect at all time
[ ] Maintaining the physical and design standards of the property at all times whilst also minimizing unnecessary costs
[ ] Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to quickly react and respond to changing market trends
[ ] Propose and manage the annual budget of the overall resort operation and any additional projects
[ ] Manage and maximise on-premise sales and independently create marketing and sales promotion in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Department
[ ] Manage and optimize all operating costs whilst still ensuring a high level experience for guests
[ ] Ensure the accurate and transparent reporting of all operational and financial matters
[ ] Manage all guest complaints and ensure every guest leave the property with positive feelings
[ ] Handle all on-site safety-related issues and oversee all incidents occurred at the property
[ ] Manage and optimise the use of on-site manpower as well as staff-turnover at all operational levels
[ ] Engage with subordinates to foster a sense of belonging, encourage performance and maintain high morale
[ ] Promote efficient communication and coordination throughout the organization both between on-site departments but also between departments within the wider group
[ ] Ensure that all resort operations is in compliance with all applicable laws, internal regulations and social norms
