Food Production Manager

Exciting opportunity to join one of the larger artisan food producers in Phuket. Operating
over 10 years, and with 5 brands and 2 locations, we continue to expand our team. Our
customers range from many of the 5-star hotels and resorts to restaurants and home retail
customers.

We have a large menu of animal and plant-based proteins (separate facilities), plus a central kitchen commissary.

We have an opening for Head of Production, an experienced F&B professional, ideally you have a background in hotels and are familiar with production planning, HCAAP food hygiene
practices, etc.

About you:
∙Ideally you will have 5+ years’ experience in working in hotels and/or food

production facilities
∙You should be confident managing Thai staff
∙Experienced in daily production planning
∙Experience in developing processes and systems for ensuring efficient production, food hygiene and inventory management
∙Good spoken Thai and English
∙Be creative in ideas for encouraging growth in the business

About the location and high level Terms:
∙Located in Chalong, our two facilities are within short drive/walking distance
∙A combined staff of 15 across both locations.
∙Position is open to both Thais and Foreigners (a work permit is possible)
∙Salary open to negotiation, but will be market competitive for the role with potential
for bonuses.

เรามีเมนูโปรตีนจากสัตว์และพืชมากมาย (สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแยกต่างหาก) รวมทั้งครัวส่วนกลาง
เราเปิดรับสมัครหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตซึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมากประสบการณ์ มีพื้นฐานด้านโรงแรมและคุ้นเคยกับการวางแผนการผลิต สุขอนามัยอาหาร HCAAP ฯลฯ


คุณสมบัติ:
∙ มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในการทำงานในโรงแรมหรือโรงงานผลิตอาหาร
∙ต้องมีความมั่นใจในการบริหารพนักงานชาวไทย
∙มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนการผลิตรายวัน
∙ประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนากระบวนการและระบบเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
∙ พูดภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ดี
∙มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการกระตุ้นการเติบโตของธุรกิจ

เกี่ยวกับสถานที่และข้อกำหนด:
∙ตั้งอยู่ในฉลอง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกหรือโรงงานผลิตทั้งสองของเราอยู่ในระยะขับรถ/เดินไม่ไกล
∙มีพนักงานรวมกัน 15 คนในทั้งสองสถานที่
∙ ตำแหน่งเปิดรับทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ (สามารถขอใบอนุญาตทำงาน)
∙ เงินเดือนสามารถต่อรองได้ แต่ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นเงินเดือนจะขึ้นอยู่กับตำแหน่งงานการจ่ายในตลาด
