What will you do at OYO?

- Drive revenue and growth by using business acumen & company’s value proposition to uncover prospect business needs
- Generate leads through networking & research, build relationships and rapport with clients
- Lead generation to identify key properties which can be partnered for business with the company
- Meet property owners, sell company’s vision, negotiate, close contracts with partners
- End to end accountability of managing key partners account (new and assign)
- Liaise with key stakeholders, property owners and operations team across stages from lead generation to property going live
- Conduct research as well as competitor analysis, and conduct client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations
- Prepare & take go-to-market solutions to new leads & prospective accounts

What you will bring to OYO?
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales/Business Development/account management
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
