Position : Charter Reservation / Operation officer

Job description :
Reservation
- Responsible for confirming the hotel
- Responsible for confirming the excursion phuket & Khaolak
- Receiving and following clients' instructions to render our service
- Support and coordination with HR and Inbound team for oversea staff
- Be main contract person for the oversea staff in Phuket & Khaolak
- Organize inspection for hotel and excursion
- Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level
- Communicated interact properly with all dep. involved
- perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
Operation
- Collect all transfer's data to prepared the schedule and job order for the drives
- Prepared document to be brought at the airport and distributed to the drivers
- Created transfer's booking in our system
- Coordinated and work closely with other department
- Occasionally follow up and collect payments from customers on spot
- Should be willing to travel out of office to handle some requests, if required.
- Foster good relationship with hotels, suppliers, and drivers
- Other tasks as assigned by the head of department
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Good knowledge of languages : Eng. and / or Swedish is a plus
- Previous experience in hotel or other travel related industry is highly preferable
- Hard working diligent and capable of working well under pressure,
- Good communication skills.
