Position : Reservations Manager
Under the direction of the Restaurant manager, the Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant inquiries. As the first point of contact reservation manager needs to ensure highest guest satisfaction pre visit and post visiting. Increase and monitoring sales through proactive sales strategies.
**Available for Thai National only**
Roles and responsibilities
* Contact guests via email and telephone to answer all inquiries about Baan Tepa restaurant and events
* Management of all social media channels in regards to guests inquiries
* Event management. Oversee event packages, make adjustments accordingly
* Have a proactive strategy to increase event sales
* Manage restaurant reservation daily through the company’s booking system: Table check
* Carry out aftersales service by contacting clients about their dining experience.
