1Restaurant manager is responsible for food and beverage, develop and monitor strategies and activities for the restaurant, advertise and promote, public relation, social media, create event, control cost of F&B including control standard of service.

Job Description :
- Reporting to the director responsibilities and job functions;
- Planning the marketing strategies, food and beverage promotion campaigns
- Develop marketing plans and budget monthly
- Check suppliers price list, can change suppliers if quality and price is good
- Promote products and services, ex. Weekly Special menu, Monthly menu, Monthly promotion
- Develop advertising opportunities
- Ensuring all service standards are followed
- Create marketing content for food and beverage
- Create event, promotion, special dinner, group dinner and grow revenue
- Manage digital marketing include Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and Twitter
- Execute marketing plans and programs to ensure profit growth
- Oversee all marketing initiatives for the restaurant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable

Generation. Skills and Requirements:
- At least 3-5 year experience in food and beverage industry
- Has genuine interest in Food and Beverage
- Strong network connection in media
- Self-motivated, up to date in trends and lifestyles
- Computer proficiency, skill in marketing and social media
- Encourage staff to build the best teamwork in workplace
- Position opens for Thais and foreigners
