Nationality: Any
• Open for Thai or Chinese nationality candidate who can communicate well in English or in Thai
• Strong experience of working in a similar position in real estate sales & marketing At least 3-5 years of working experience in real estate developer or other related business.
• Achieving company's sales target
• Assisting in evaluating competitors and offer solutions for sales plan
• Strong skill negotiating deals and closing deals with multinational property agenciescies.
• Consult, Problem solving, and manage on all the issues related to overseas clients i.e. Transfer the Rights, Refund to clients.
• Provide outstanding customer relationship management
• Teamwork and Internal/ External Customer Focus
