Our story began three generations ago in 1960, with a passion to share our baking experience and expertise with others. Today, our family-owned company Schmidt Co., Ltd., is a reputable wholesaler and distributor of baking equipment and ingredients, supplying to a diverse group of clientele across many industries including hotels, supermarkets, airline caterers, bread manufacturers, restaurants and bakeries. We operate from 6 locations in Thailand – Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Udon Thani and Pattaya – with an in-house logistics department, warehouse and a team of professional baking experts that enable us to offer second to none services to our customers. We are committed to providing the highest standards of quality equipment and utensils with an array of premium ingredients imported from Europe to master the art of baking. With the growing baking trends in Thailand, we want to inspire our customers by being a gathering place where baking communities can easily find tasty recipes for bakeries, pastries and confectioneries.
