Position : Marketing Administrator

Job Detail
Tellr needs a motivated and experienced administrator that can bridge marketing, sales and operations. An all around epic admin to
work directly with the CEO at a growing creative firm in Phuket Thailand. This individual should be very computer literate and have
experience carrying out specific marketing tasks such mass email campaigns and social media campaigns, as well as an ability to
manage project deadlines and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and organize content and communications for marketing campaigns.
● Plan, prepare and deploy content specifically for publication and sharing across
different media channels, including social media posts, email, website, and newsletters
● Coordinate requirements for promotional materials (printing, manufacturing, etc)
● Schedule appointments for CEO
● Send cold emails and LinkedIn DMs to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
● Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.
● Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
● Track and report progress on projects across departments.
● Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools.
● Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools.
● Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
● Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.
● Post company updates through internal communication channels.
● Evaluate ideas for marketing projects to assess feasibility and requirements in conjunction with the Manager
● Research relevant sources for content, such as scientific publications, industry media and social media outlets.
● Issue invoices to clients
● Carry out other related tasks as required.

Person Specification:
● Proven experience in marketing and/or sales.
● A background in creating marketing, promotional or educational content would be an Advantage.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Effective project and event management skills.
● Excellent organizational skills, such as time and project management and prioritizing.
● Ability to manage personal workflow in order to meet deadlines.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
● A good team player who meets and exceeds team goals.
● Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
● Ability to research and clearly document information.
● An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
● Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing and adaptable member of the team.
