Job Detail

รายละเอียดงาน
- บันทึกบัญชีรับ-จ่าย และจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชี
- สรุปยอดขายรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเรื่องเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน,ใบกำกับภาษี,ใบแจ้งหนี้
- ติดตามทวงถามการค้างชำระเงิน
- จัดทำรายงาน Aging และวิเคราะห์ผลการติดตามเบี้ยค้างเกินกำหนดชำระ
- ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสาร รายงานทางการเงินต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการทางด้านการติดตามการชำระหนี้
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ สามารถสื่อสารได้ในระดับดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และมุ่งมั่นเพื่อทำผลงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์
- มีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน มีไหวพริบปฏิภาณ สามารถจัดการปัญหาได้
