Home In Phuket Co., Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate agency based in Cherngtalay, Phuket, looking for an experienced and hardworking real estate professional to join our team.
Position : Property Sales Executive
● THAI NATIONAL ONLY
● Bachelor’s degree in any field
● Able to communicate in English to a high level
● Chinese or Russian language skills an advantage
● Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson preferred
● Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude
● Own car and driving license
Responsibilities:
● Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
● Offer properties that meet our clients’ requirements
● Handle client viewings and present properties
● Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve sales targets
● Prospect for new listings and leads
● Ensure property information and contracts are up-to-date
● Promote properties through various channels to generate leads
● Other work-related duties as assigned
